3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

By participating in any Olympus Method service, you confirm that:

  • You understand that exercise carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death.
  • You have consulted a physician regarding any medical conditions that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
  • You will immediately stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

Olympus Method does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.

4. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily participate in fitness activities and assume all risks associated with exercise, including but not limited to:

  • Muscle strains and sprains
  • Falls and accidents
  • Cardiovascular events
  • Equipment-related injuries
  • Aggravation of existing conditions

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Olympus Method, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation in any training program, coaching service, workout, consultation, or use of our website.

6. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Olympus Method reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate services for unpaid balances.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Personal training sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.
  • Digital products, coaching programs, and completed services are generally non-refundable.

8. Results Disclaimer

Olympus Method does not guarantee specific results.

Individual outcomes depend on numerous factors including effort, consistency, nutrition, sleep, genetics, medical history, and adherence to recommendations.

Testimonials and client transformations represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
